Contour as reference

An ESPE uses the contour as reference function to monitor the contour of reference objects (e.g. barriers, walls, floors). If the contour does not match the set parameters, the ESPE switches all safety outputs to the OFF state.

The purpose of this function is to detect manipulations or other potential problems, for example: The reference object is no longer present, the contour has changed, or the ESPE is no longer correctly aligned.
