EMC

The electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) refers to the situation where technical devices are not, or only under extreme conditions, affected by electromagnetic interference. This is achieved both by limiting sources of interference in devices and by devices being designed to be sufficiently resistant to external sources of interference. The EMC labeling is regulated by EU directives and standards.
