Safety camera systems 

V300 Work Station Extended and V200 Work Station Extended are completely new sensors based on innovative camera technology, developed for monitoring hazardous points on typically rectangular action openings – with just one component, mounted saving space and in a protected location. Flexible protection field geometries such as radii, chamfers or assembly levels e.g. for cable channels can be realized quickly and easily. The protection fields can be designed individually from vertical alignment to horizontal alignment and are thus also very suited in the field of hazardous area protection, e.g. point-of-operation guarding.

V4000 Press Brake is a camera-based system for complete protecting of press brakes. It is a compact system, consisting of a sender and a receiver, mounted on the upper beam of the press to protect against the hazardous fast closing movement. It provides a safety volume below the punch line and its Output Signal Switching Devices (OSSD) deliver a stop signal to the press controller in order to stop the movement, in case a finger or hand has been detected.
